why i must wait so long for my access pass :(

i’m waiting for 15 days and still nothing please speed up with giving access passes please speed up because i can’t wait for it every morning i’m checking my iPad for message from you Epic Games and nothing please speed up please :)
Can you Epic games tell me why it’s taking so long:)
